This Privacy Policy describes how Exophy Private Limited and its affiliates (collectively “Exophy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, use, share, and process Your personal data through exophy.com, its sub-domains, the online store, and the client portal (collectively, the “Platform”).

While You can browse certain sections without registering, checkout, cart sync, wishlist, order history, and portal services require registration. Services are primarily offered within India. Personal data is governed by applicable Indian laws. Some processing or storage may occur on cloud infrastructure that maintains servers in or outside India to deliver the service reliably.

By using the Platform or providing personal data, You consent to this Policy, our Terms of Use, and any product-specific terms, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including data protection and privacy laws as applicable.

Collection And Purpose

We collect personal data directly from You (for example when You visit the Platform, request an OTP, place an order, or update Your profile); in the course of Our relationship with You; when You make information public (for example a public review); and from service partners needed to operate the Platform (for example email delivery). You may browse without registering, but once You use authenticated features You may no longer be anonymous to Us. Mandatory and optional fields are indicated in forms.

Categories of information We may collect include:

• Registration and personalisation: name, email, mobile, company name, device identifiers, IP address — to create Your account, personalise the portal, detect fraud, and provide requested services.
• Communication and delivery: billing and delivery addresses, telephone and email — for OTP login, order updates, invoices, and service delivery communications.
• Transaction processing: order details, amounts, GSTIN (if provided), payment status and gateway references (card/bank data is typically handled by the payment provider; We do not store full card numbers on Our servers).
• Eligibility / KYC where required: government IDs or business proofs if needed for high-value or regulated checks.
• Enhanced experience: cart, wishlist, selected plans, support tickets, project intake fields, and usage analytics to operate and improve the Platform.

Exophy is not responsible for personal data You volunteer in public domains outside Our control. This Policy does not cover third parties that provide information about You to Us under their own policies.

Security Precautions

We maintain reasonable security practices and procedures to protect personal data under Our control, including HTTPS, hashed OTP codes, access controls, and industry-standard hosting safeguards. No transmission over the internet is completely secure. You are responsible for securing access to Your email, mobile, and devices used for OTP login.

Choice / Opt-Out

You may opt out of non-essential promotional communications using unsubscribe links in emails or by contacting Us. Transactional messages (OTP, order, invoice, security) are necessary for the service and may continue while Your account remains active.

Advertisements

If We use third-party advertising or remarketing, those partners may use cookies or similar technologies about Your visits (not necessarily Your name or phone) to show relevant ads. You may use device or browser controls to limit ad personalisation where available.

Use of Children's Information

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children under 18. If You share such data, You represent You have authority to do so.

Data Retention
